Edit Details

One very useful window that Vegas, for some reason, hides by default is Edit Details. Not only can you see information about several types of Vegas elements — including events, markers, and regions — but you can edit that information right there. You can even copy between this window and other applications. Go to View > Edit Details or hit Alt+6 to reveal it.
